About Custom CAD - Motorsport Engineering

In 2010 Custom CAD - Motorsport Engineering was started.

At the heart of CCM Engineering is the goal to design and produce performance tuning components to a level of quality, design and finish not currently found in the tuning market.

Using fresh thinking from a young and enthusiastic automotive design engineer and taking knowledge and experience from many years in aftermarket performance tuning parts design, CCM Engineering can design everything from one off manifolds through to mass produced components, boost pipe work to engine mounts and custom fasteners to oil lines all using the latest computer modeling and simulation technology.

CCM Engineering has links with many manufacturers who are used by top end OEM brands and tuners, with a lot of time going into researching the latest technologies, machining and materials. This sits alongside specific experience of casting and mass production of performances components of motorsport.

Unlike many companies, CCM Engineering is happy to help you turn your design into an on-the-shelf product, manufactured to your specific and individual requirements.

CCM Engineering have designed and manufactured items for a multitude of different applications using a wide range of materials and production techniques.

All custom parts are designed in the latest computer aided design packages to ensure 100% accuracy in design and production. These CAD packages also allow for stress and flow analysis to be carried out on the parts to ensure they meet the specification required.
